New Clients

Intake - Start the Friendship

First things first: hop into our client portal and create your account! That’s where all the good stuff happens — scheduling, visit reports, photos, the works. While you’re setting it up, you’ll be asked for some basics: how many animals you have, what you're looking for, and any special notes. You'll also see our Service Agreement, please give it a read before signing and save a copy for yourself. It keeps everything fair, safe, and smooth so there are no surprises later.

Once you submit your account request, it will be reviewed ASAP and we'll reach out to start the conversation. From there, we’ll go through the details together. Prefer to start with a call or text? Just give a shout — I’m happy to connect that way too!

We use Time To Pet for our client portal — it keeps everything organized, efficient, and super easy for both of us. You can log in from their website or download the app. The app makes things extra smooth for visit reports, schedule updates, and quick communication, but it’s not required.

​

And don’t worry — nothing here is set in stone. If the portal ever feels inconvenient, I’m happy to adjust so your experience stays stress-free. I’m part of the generation stuck between analog and digital, so I can go either way!

Meet & Greet - Say Hello

This is where the fun begins! After we’ve connected, we’ll set up a meet & greet at your home. I get to meet you and your crew, see their routine, and make sure I know exactly how to keep things running smoothly while you’re away.

Every household is different, every animal is unique, and this step gives us a chance to make sure we’re all comfortable and confident. And yep — it’s required before any services are approved. Trust starts here!

Confirmation - Lock It In

Once the meet & greet is done and everyone’s happy, we make it official! We’ll confirm your request in the portal, lock your services in, and your invoice will pop up: 50% is due at booking, the rest 48 hours before your service starts. This way your spot is guaranteed, and my cancellation policy stays fair for everyone.

After that? We celebrate! 🎉You now have a trusted pro in your corner, ready to make sure butts are wiggling, whiskers are twitching, and you get to enjoy your time away without worry.
